As we step into the dawn of 2024, we at Quality Automotive Equipment and Service (AES) are filled with gratitude and excitement as we look back on an incredible year of growth and prosperity. It has been a journey marked by achievements, milestones, and, most importantly, your unwavering support.

First and foremost, we want to express our sincere appreciation for your trust and loyalty throughout 2023. Your commitment to Quality AES has been instrumental in propelling us to new heights, and we are truly thankful for each and every one of you.

One of the defining moments of 2023 was our move to a brand-new headquarters in downtown Paola, KS. Transitioning from our original 5,000 square foot shop, which has been our home since 1999, to a spacious 25,000 square foot facility was no small feat. This move has not only given us a more comfortable and efficient workspace but has also allowed us to expand our product offerings and space to warehouse equipment that better serves our customers needs.

With the move, our parts room and warehouse capabilities have seen an incredible eightfold increase in space. This expansion empowers us to stock a broader range of products, like lifts, cables, tire changers, air compressors, A/C equipment and bulk fluid management solutions, ensuring we are well-equipped to serve you promptly and effectively.

A company is only as strong as its team, and in 2023, we had the pleasure of welcoming five new members to the Quality AES family. Among them are two skilled sales representatives with a wealth of previous industry knowledge and three dedicated service technicians, each contributing to our commitment to delivering top-notch automotive equipment and services to Kansas and Missouri.

We are delighted to share that our customer base has grown by 15%, with many new customers joining the Quality AES family in 2023. This significant expansion speaks volumes about the trust and satisfaction our existing customers place in our team, our products, and our extensive range of services.

In terms of performance, 2023 was truly outstanding. We successfully increased our completion of new jobs by a noteworthy 12% from the previous year.  This includes new shop layout designs, complete lift installation and replacement projects, compressor maintenance, oil management installations, lift inspections, A/C repair and other equipment service jobs of the like. Furthermore, we are excited to announce that we have reduced our response time to customers by an impressive 20%, ensuring swift and efficient service year round.

This exceptional year of growth and success would not have been possible without the collective effort and dedication of our incredible team and the unwavering support of our valued customers. We extend our deepest gratitude for your commitment to Quality AES.
