OUR STORY

Quality Automotive Equipment & Service has been a one-stop shop for mechanics and the auto service industry since 1999. Headquartered in the heart of the Midwest, Quality AES is a complete auto equipment and service company providing equipment, sales and service on most all types of automotive equipment. 

Today, we are an authorized service center and a preferred distributor for major mechanic related brands. Some of these include Hunter Engineering, Rotary, Mohawk, Stertil-Koni, Champion, and Robinair, providing everything from automotive lift rack sales, installation and inspection, to A/C machines, air compressors and fluid management. 

The dream of one day creating an expanding business where both family and co-workers truly enjoy their work was just that, a dream. It was created many years prior to the true inception date of the company. 

Growing up with a knack for the automotive industry and how things tick under a hood of a car, all of the leadership team at Quality Automotive Equipment & Service were raised watching their fathers, and their fathers' father show them around a garage. Now a second generation company, and soon to be a third, continues the tradition of hard work and dependable service. 

INCEPTION DATE FORWARD

In 1999, the business opened its doors and was originally named Automotive Equipment Sales Company, based out of Overland Park, KS. Over the first decade, we focused on providing quality automotive equipment to auto service shops in Kansas, Missouri and Kansas City. 

In 2010, the shop's location changed to Lee's Summit, Missouri - but the focus still remained the same during these years. It would continue to operate under the original business name until the spring of 2017 when Quality Service Equipment was officially changed to Quality Automotive Equipment and Service (Quality AES). 

Quality Automotive Equipment & Service was founded to be a comprehensive solution for automotive equipment sales, focusing on providing auto service departments with everything they need to operate effectively and efficiently. By expanding our scope of work, increasing our personnel, and securing preferred dealer status with major manufacturers, we have grown into a company that offers rapid response, repairs, equipment sales, shipping, and training, both locally and nationally. 

The company today is managed by the Cordle family - Bruce and his wife Rhonda, Cameron and his wife Ashley, Justin and his wife Tricia. Together with their skilled and experienced team, they are committed to being the go-to equipment and service provider for the automotive industry.

Quality AES has the goal of providing business owners with limited down time, increased revenue, and peace of mind in knowing their staff is safe and their equipment is compliant.
