Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Equipment Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will maintain, and service a variety of automotive equipment for our valued clients. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients’ equipment operates safely and effectively.
Responsibilities:
● Service and repair automotive equipment such as lifts, air compressors, refrigerant recovery machines and other related products.
● Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
● Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment meets industry standards.
● Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during installations.
● Collaborate with the Field Operations Manager and team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
● Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in automotive equipment installation or related field.
● Understanding of pneumatic principles (e.g., pressure, flow, and control of compressed air or gases).
● Hands-on experience with pneumatic components like valves, actuators, compressors, and regulators
● Understanding of electrical principles (e.g., voltage, current, resistance, and power distribution).
● Hands-on experience with electrical components such as circuit breakers, transformers, motors, relays, and wiring systems.
● Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
● Valid driver’s license.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
